Venia serves as a Business Intelligence Lead at Skroutz, where her role revolves around model development, primarily focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as encompassing data management and analytics. She brings valuable expertise from her previous position as a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY).

Her experience spans across diverse sectors including e-commerce, banking, asset management, and tobacco. Venia holds an MEng in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, complemented by an International MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business.
