Having gathered experience in marketing, sales and financial analytics in Greece, Panos joined WPP’s data investment arm Kantar as a project manager and BI developer shortly after graduating his MSc in International marketing from University of Strathclyde. His interaction with FMCG conglomerates as part of development and selling of business intelligence products gradually evolved him into a product manager for this type of solutions.

Aiming to further indulge himself in advanced data technologies he joined Sky’s and Comcast’s global OTT propositions (NowTV and Peacock respectively) as a data product owner focusing on the enterprise’s transition to a modern GCP-powered data platform and leading the implementation of dynamic advertising in VOD content.

His experience and recently acquired MBA from University of Nottingham Trent opened him the door to join The Economist Group and lead the business’ digital and data transformation efforts under the capacity of Senior Data Product Manager, effectively identifying multiple data personalisation and democratisation opportunities to enable more data driven decision making across the group
